Kubera is probably one of the oldest restaurants in Vasai. Though it has been more or less the same since the last decade as far as the ambience is concerned, their Pav Bhaji is still as good as it was ages ago.
Located opposite Parvati cinema, Kubera is a Pure Veg outlet with decent food for the locals. With two floors of seating arena, it has house more people at a time which delays the food in the evenings a bit.
We ordered their famous Cheese Pav Bhaji and were more than delighted with the dish. They definitely did not shy away from adding a lot of cheese. Their Pav Bhaji has a special kind of taste which makes it beyond delicious, it's almost addictive. The butter soaked clouds of heaven served along with it made it better. The ones who love butter only will know the magic butter & a pav's union does.
It is perfectly spiced & seasoned, and unlike many other places it's not too spicy or runny. All in all, if you are in or around Vasai, do make sure you give their Pav Bhaji a try.
