The Foodie Miracles Vasai, Disappointing Food ? Awesome Ambience?

The best part about a eatery has to be it's food, The Foodie Miracles seems to have sidelined this fact a little. This place situated next to Dominoes in Vasai Gaon is a picturesque indeed, the decor is made to resemble a shore, boats and ropes used on boats and a lot of sea related things make it a good looking place.

If you want to click some really good food and decor pictures then this definitely is a great place to be at in Vasai. While we were more than happy for the ambience and the pleasing staff, the food was bit of a let down.

We ordered a Blue Lagoon (Rs.140) and a Orange Mojito (Rs.120), both of which were okay but not stirred well enough for the sugars to dissolve. Next for starters we ordered Crispy Chicken Salad worth Rs. 230 which was the main disappointment of the evening. The least expectation from crispy chicken is that it should have salt & pepper, though it was crispy and served in a amusing platter, it was the most blandest dish on our table. We couldn't finish it and had to leave almost half of it as the Mayo and the Sauce served with it was bland too, if they could have given a spicy sauce to accompany it then it would have been a bit better.

In the main course out of sheer excitement we ordered the Beverly Hills Hawaiin Pizza 8 inches which was just okay but again bland. The oregano and the chilly flakes couldn't help to cover it's blandness either, they should really start using some spices. Tabasco sauce was also provided on the table but one drop of it ruined the dish as it was tasting very odd.

All in all a very mediocre taste experience, they have an amazing ambience and set up, they can do wonders if they improve their taste.
